Yes, tickets will be available to purchase on the door. Prices will be confirmed once 2020 tickets have gone on-sale on the 30th October 2019.
You will be required to provide proof of disability on site at the event. There are a range of facilities available for disabled access to Olympia London, including wheelchair hire, and disabled parking bays. Please click here for further information on the Olympia London website.
No, your tickets do not need to be in the name of the person attending the show. Please just bring your ticket & the booking reference number with you!
There are no ATMs inside the venue. However, there is an ATM located opposite Kensington Olympia Train Station.
Olympia London does have cloakrooms available during the shows that costs £1 per item, £2 for larger bags and suitcases and can be found next to Pillar Hill Artisan Bakery, on the right as you enter the show.
Yes, all tickets are only valid for entry on the day you have booked.
If you have not received your ticket you will still be able to gain access to the show. Please bring your booking reference number, which would’ve been given to you when you purchased your tickets. Please take this to the Box Office as soon as you arrive at the show.
We don’t offer exchanges or refunds on tickets.

Train: Kensington (Olympia) is on the London Overground network. It’s one stop away from Shepherd’s Bush (Central Line) or West Brompton (District line). Olympia London is located directly next to this station.
- District Line: On the weekend, there’s only a district line service from Earls Courts. On Monday – Friday change at West Brompton for a 2 minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).
- Central Line: Change at Shepherd’s Bush for a 2 minute Overground trian to Kensington (Olympia)
- Piccadilly Line: Baron’s Court is a 9 minute walk away from Olympia London.
- Hammersmith & City Line: Hammersmith Station is a 5 minute bus ride/15 minute walk away.
- Circle Line: High St Kensington is a 4 minute bus ride/12 minute walk away.
Bus Routes: All of the below buses stop within a short walking distance of venue.
9 – Runs to & from Aldwych and Hammersmith.
23 – Runs to and from Westbourne Park and Hammersmith.
27 – Runs to and from Chalk Farm and Turnham Green.
